In Lower Mission a pool is usually something the building owns, not something the house does. Sixty-five Lower Mission listings mention a pool. Thirty-eight of them are apartments, ten are townhomes and one is a duplex — shared water, shared maintenance, shared hours. Sixteen are houses, and one of those is itself strata-titled — it carries a unit number, so it sits behind the same gate.
This page is those houses. It is the smallest of the three pool pages on this site and the reason is structural: Lower Mission is the flat, built-out lakeside stock, so its pools mostly sit behind a strata gate rather than a back fence. If a private pool is the point, Kettle Valley and Upper Mission carry more of them.
